it's really funny sometimes how things can seem so simple, and yet so complicated at the same time isn't it.

you know the big commotion about ronaldo sending wayne rooney off during the portugal-england match, apparently, it was published in the new paper that rooney admitted he intended to get ronaldo red-carded, so it's really not ronaldo's fault! everyone seems to think so lah. haha ronaldo's innocent!

i tell you i am getting old, seriously. i think i have arthritis. or some bone problem thing. haha just some defect i think. actually, i don't think i'm making sense. basically my back just hurts for no reason.

it is so warm nowadays. i wonder why we still stop ourselves from turning on the air-con at home.

there's chem history and higher chinese this week. i'm going to die.

bah. it seems i can never do well for a math, no matter how hard i study. haha ms lau said taw, hian and yinglin all did quite well, but when she looked at me she was like, 'beatrice ah...how come always like that...' and she did a hand gesture which sort of implied that

1) my marks were always constant
or
2) my results are all borderline passes

whichever one she might have implied, both are bad. haha. oh well. i need to try and score well for the upcoming tests or else my report book's going to be very pretty indeed for CA2.

just finished chapter 14 of history. i tell you there's so much to remember. like a whole series of events lah. and out of the whole bunch of major events listed there, 2 are going to come out, and we'll just have to regurgitate all that we know within a span of 50mins, maybe even 40mins. i tell you i'm going to die writing.

english oral's in 2 week's time. it's really quite scary. all of a sudden i get the impression that the teachers have raised their standards and it's going to be really difficult to score for oral this year, unlike previous years where it was relatively easy. bah. so sucky. it's like everytime i look at a new picture the ideas don't seem to come naturally as they did before. HAHA. that sounded ridiculous lol but yeah.

chi tuition on fri. which will replace tll very soon. very very soon. bah. i'll miss tll!

i have a splitting headache that refuses to leave me ever since three days ago. i went to see the doctor and i noticed that he was wearing a pair of super cool shoes. i didn't say anything, but the next minute he was like, "i broke my leg."
haha it was actually a cast! and he was telling us about how he used his butt to climb up the stairs cos it hurt too much to put weight on that foot. haha it was quite funny.

my mom happened to chance upon an ad while waiting for my turn to see the doctor and it was for a pair of drumsticks from US that cost SGD80 but were now going for SGD10! haha. i contacted her and it was so cool she happened to be at holland village at that time too so we met her and i got the drumsticks! haha.

i'm tilting my head at an angle now so the headache isn't so bad. blah. haha.

went to theresa's house for a bbq last night. her mom's chilli con carne is to-die-for, seriously. it was so so good! i ate so much la. haha i didn't take note of what exactly i ate cos everything tasted so good. i haven't had a bbq in ages. after that we went to the playground and theresa chased me round the coconut tree. haha i can't recall why we did that but we did it anyway. it was super funny i fell down after the bollywood tree action and grace caught it all on film. well...on phone, to be exact. haha.

blah i'm down with the usual flu again. i keep sneezing like nobody's business. and the worse thing is, when you sneeze, you use a lot of energy and after that you feel all woozy and tired. haha. even though i just woke up. and after i ate some bread from crystal jade and did sums. i swear, math is so horrible. went to play with my brother after that. as usual, he beat me in time crisis II AGAIN but my accuracy won his. (: ah ha. i think i killed more civillians than he did though.

my sister just remarked that the soya bean bottle from crystal jade looked like a soap bottle. it kind of does, i guess. but i still think she's just being weird.

I WANT TO GO BACK TO SLEEP. but my tutor's coming in an hour's time. more math. oh joy.

HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!

this is so cool man there are so many runs coming up. there's the new balance REAL run, the great eastern womens' run, standard chartered marathon... wow. haha. last time i'd never ever dream i'd be interested in such things la. i bet there's something wrong with me this year.

e-learning day today! everyone thinks it's the perfect time to slack, but they are so wrong! i tell you we have more work than we'd ever have on a normal school day and we only have one day to complete everything.

haha i just finished my dinner which consisted of chai tao kueh and dao suan. super full la. but it was so good. hahaha.

i don't want to go back to school tomorrow!!!
